I stayed in a superior king room for one night and loved how close we were to Exmouth Museum, just 600 meters away, and a lovely art experience at the Sea Dog Art Gallery, which was a short walk of 800 meters. exploring these landmarks was so enjoyable and really added to our city strolls.

The exterior needs a facelift to look more inviting!!! A little attention could improve the experience tremendously!!!

The stay included a lovely breakfast and the place was kept spotless, making for a pleasant experience. it fell short in several areas, the ambiance felt more like a rented room than a bed and breakfast, and there was no housekeeping during our four nights. the advertised amenities were misleading, especially considering the steep price of £140 a night, which lacked value compared to other traditional bed and breakfasts.

We enjoyed our stay in a lovely Superior King Room. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to rest after long walks. A tip , explore local dining options, as the nearest restaurant is about a 15-minute walk away. Consider including breakfast in your plans!

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the stunning Bicton Woodland Railway and enjoyed the Exe Estuary's vibrant activities. The host was super attentive and knowledgeable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place is beautifully styled, and the location is great for exploring.

It's worth mentioning that it could be a bit of a walk to dining options and the coast path, so plan accordingly.

the room was quite nice and the bed was comfy. location was alright but not many places nearby. they had a decent shower, n the decor was a bit cute. the staff seemed friendly but we hardly saw them. overall, it was a basic stay.

didn't get asked about breakfast, and the place didn’t feel like a real B & B. also, no housekeeping during our 4 nights stay, which was a joke!

I had a lovely stay at Tlc Exmouth Bed And Breakfast! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a cozy corner with a comfortable lounge chair perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delightful, and the whole place was immaculate.
